Our Founder
Our Story
Auschidys Disability Africa is a transformative organization advancing disability inclusion across Kenya. Founded by Martin Kilavi, Auschidys works to ensure that persons with disabilities — especially children and youth — can access education, health care, economic opportunities, and full community participation.
Operating under the Multi-Annual Programme Plan (MAPP), we deliver structured, measurable programmes across five pillars: Inclusive Education, Health & Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion, Livelihood & Employment, and Caregiver Empowerment.
Based in Athi River, our work reaches families across Machakos, Nairobi, and beyond — partnering with the Social Health Authority, schools, community leaders, and international development organisations.
